My Vision

I am doing my best to manage projects consciously with full transparency. It helps to avoid massive problems which can appear at the latest phases of the project and cutover, also helps to react to every problem faster and more efficiently. 

Based on my education and statistical data  48% of projects misdelivery dates, 43% of projects miss budget targets, 31% fail to meet an organization’s goals

Most of those failures can be solved  by better choice of management methods,usage  of good practices, properly managing and analyzing potential risks, appropriate estimation of time, costs and size of the project. All of those are standards that I am implementing on a daily basi in my projects.
